The Rocklin Police Activities League, Placer County Sheriff's Activities League, and Roseville Police Activities League, offer a variety of athletic, social, and summer programs for youth in Placer County. Some our members come from low-income, single-parent households, or foster homes. Programs, which run year round, are low-cost to avoid the exclusion of any child due to family income. As local non-profit organizations, we strive to prevent crime in our area by intervening in the lives of youth early on and assisting in the development of meaningful relationships with police officers. These PALs (or SALs) are part of one of the largest organized crime prevention programs in the country, the CalPAL organization.
We will be announce the date and time for the 2017 Crab Feed soon! This fun event will be filled with Placer County officials and members of the community who commit themselves to helping programs such as these. All proceeds from the event will be divided between agencies and directly benefit all three programs!
